are these good pc specs to play games like bf3, sr3, skyrim ang gta iv

It Will it play games but most of the hardware is old. First of all the I7 is overkill for gaming. If all you are doin is playing games then the I7 is a waste. You are paying 100 extra dollars for more features (more l3 cache and hyperthreading) that games don't even make use of. An I5 is more than enough for games. Next socket 1366 is old now and so is the I7 950 and all other 1366 CPU's. The GTX 460 is is three generations old I wouldn't bother with such a old video card. Lastly the 700 watt PSU is overkill. You can build a better computer with more up to date hardware for a good price. That is what I would do.

You didn't mention a price, so we can't say if it's a good deal or not.
- Maybe you can get the lot for $350?
- Anything over $400 for that lot I would just walk from the deal and buy brand new hardware manufactured using more affordable techniques.

Otherwise your performance per dollar will be bad.

Why only $400 max for the lot?
- As rds1220 has already said, the Geforce 460 GTX 1GB Super Overclocked is out of date.
