Gpu problem with case ventilation

I have a dell optiplex 745 desktop.(i know it is super outdated), i just bought a low profile saphire radeon hd 7750 which kicks but and runs games very smoothley. The only problem is the heat. Is there a way i could get better ventilation, and is it possible that i can move the components in my computer now in to an atx case? I highly recommend this graphics card i can max out descent games, and that is with my pentium d cpu.
