I'm building my first computer and need some help picking out a few parts. Here is my build so far:

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K Quad Core Hyperthreading Processor LGA1155 3.5GHZ Ivy Bridge

RAM (16GB): G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

SSD: Crucial M4 2.5" 64GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

PSU: CORSAIR Builder Series 430W ATX12V

^ All of this is pretty much decided upon. I don't think I need help with that.
However, I do still need a case and an optical drive. There's a million choices when it comes to cases and I can't decide on one so I'd appreciate someone just picking something for me that would pair well with my other parts--preferably one priced around $50 - $60. And then a recommendation for a good optical drive, I would appreciate, as well.

Thanks!

I don't play many games so I don't believe I really need a dedicated video-card as the CPU has integrated graphics. And I will use it for some video-editing, and computer programming as I will be a computer science major next semester.

You may want to consider a higher wattage PSU so that if the integrated graphics is not good enough(which im sure will be the case) you can add a graphcis card.

As for an optical drive, i believe in LG drives are realiable, samsung sucks with DVD drives... Dont bother with blu-ray.

For a case... Hmmmm... Lets see....

Okay fine I did more research on it and I agree I'll need a graphics card. But how much more wattage would I need in my power supply? And do you have any recommendations for a relatively inexpensive graphics card?

Thanks!
