Graphic card support in Asus P5S MX SE Motherbaord

I have power supply of 450 W with core 2 duo processor and 3B RAM . I want to buy a new graphic card for my motherboard - (Asus P5S MX SE) . I found 2 for the same .

Please confirm if both of them will work on my motherboard or not .

They all support PCI-E 2.0 x16 Bus Standard and my motherboard has PCI-E x 16 .I am a bit confused in this . Please help me as i need to order them asap .

The PCIe std is backwards compatible so both should work.
