Additional Comments: Would like to have some stable coolant as Overclock, Would like to add some Red Liquid LED, Would like add the Temperature Controller, Whatever came with LED hope to have it as Red Color.

2470 SGD is around 1900 USD. but US is Electronics is very cheap. as SG Electronics is very expensive. you use 1900 USD you can build something extreme but when i turns to buy that in SG maybe it cost hundreds more

Maximus boards are more expensive for nothing really. Get the sabretooth or gigabyte ud5h or the V Pro.
If you can find crucial or gskill for cheaper buy them.
Get a WD blue drive or black,or a Samsung.
Get a Samsung,OCZ or Corsair SSD, they're cheaper.
Liquid Cooling is expensive,more so if stuff costs more in your country. Get air cooling and LED strips.
Antec make nice cases and PSU's. Also corsair cases.
