How is my build?

I know I've posted on here a few times already but my build has changed alot and I want to make sure It will be good since I don't plan to have another build for a while. Also I live in Australia where the prices are quite high on computer hardware so that will explain why the prices are higher than what you may be used to.

Also please note I DO plan to overclock, I DO NOT plan to go sli/xf, I DO already have a monitor and I plan to keep my build around $1000.

Well if you don't plan on overclocking you could probably get a cheaper mobo
I think you would do fine with a psu like this

I said that I do plan to overclock but that PSU looks interesting do you know if it is available in Australia and if the cables are fairly long?
