SLI a GTX 460 or buy a new video card?

I saving up some money to upgrade my computer. New cpu, mobo, ram maybe get a ssd. Would getting another gtx 460 be enough for a few years to max settings on 1920x1080 or are single cards better now? max i would spend on a new card would be $200 since i think i could ebay a 460 for 150.

You'd be better of getting a new gpu such as the Radeon 7850. Then overclocking it. You can get it just a shade lower in performance to a 7950. A Nvidia in the price range is out of the question if you wanted one. I personally like AMD better because of the overclockability, but to each his own
