I am looking for a low profile Video card with an HDMI output that I can watch Starcraft Steams at 2560x1600(1900x1260HD) on a 46" Samsung 6100series TV. I do not plan on doing any gaming on this computer, just want to be able to watch steams and blue rays in 1080p. Any advice? MAX dimensions can be 7.65" x 3.15" x 1.15"

This seems to be the best I can find for my PSU, any of you PC junkies know of a better one? I would prefer to stay under $150.

You really don't need a very fast video card to stream 1080p video... as long as you have HDCP support (needed to play back blu-ray) and enough VRAM (1GB is probably fine), practically any card will do. I think this one's a good option for a HTPC, since it is fanless and really cheap. It's not better than the one you listed, but it should do the job just as well and is a lot cheaper.
