have you looked what a simmular system with a 3570k would cost?

as that is a much faster CPU for gaming.

To play GTA IV? That looks like overkill to me. I run GTA IV with phenom 4 955 and an XFX radeon 6770? If thats the only game your going to play you could knock off alot of that price.
