i have a serious problem whit LOD texture in ALL games, i change drivers, mother, i try whit the integrate gpu, is very uggly

Whats happen ? is my 5850 dead ?

That happen me in ALL games, from new to old games ...

was the first thing I try formatting and installing windows again, did not work
