ATX mobo doesn't match up with standoffs in ATX case?

I have the Corsair 200R, which on it's newegg page, says it's compatible with ATX. My motherboard is the ATX (12.0x9.6) DX79SI, it won't match up with the standoffs on the case(which for some stupid reason are preinstalled?).

Any help, I've looked up videos, etc...And it won't fit.

  1. Same problem here, haven't found a solution yet, when I find one, I'll come post it here.
  2. Your motherboard is from a prebuilt? correct? That is likely the issue here.
  3. Please does anyone have a solution to this old thread? I have just come upon this same problem and have no clue what to do.

Try harder, that's how I got it to work.

Don't be afraid to apply pressure, motherboards are actually ridiculously tough and won't snap or crack easily.
