My graphic card has stopped working after downgrading from vista to xp

My graphic card stopped working at my toshiba satellite after i downgraded frpm vista to xp [:pdxalex] What to do without purchasing?

That would be my guess update your drivers although I can't see any reason what so ever to ever downgrade to a 10 year old obsolete completely outdated OS as XP. Even Vista would have been better than degrading your laptop by installing XP!

Look, i tride to update it to 7 but then it wont start then my dad (i am 12 years old) tried to restore it but didn't find vista, then he downgrade it to XP Sweet

this is why kids should leave well enough alone. but anyway you shouldn't have to purchase anything was the notebook originally running Vista?

well then it will be able to run windows 7 without a problem do you have a disc for windows 7?

As far as I know you cannot downgrade from vista to xp without a clean install. Can't you just revert back to vista with system restore?

he was running vista downloaded a pirated copy of 7 then he did a full format and try'd to install win 7 but if failed errors according to him kept coming up then his old man wiped the drive and loaded xp
