TI-84 Plus Silver Edition OS problem

Hello,
I recently bought a used TI-84 Plus Silver. I tried updating the OS, but something failed in the upload and now the only screen that will pop up on the calculator is "Waiting...Please install operating system now." When I try to do so, my computer (windows 7) says that it can't read the required data from the calculator, so it can't install the OS. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have already done that. The TI website is where I downloaded the OS I was trying to install on the calculator when it crashed. I've been all over the site trying to find advice for this particular situation, but nada. Thanks anyway.
