Parts Preferences: Whatever is best for gaming.. I honestly don't know lol.

Overclocking: No idea what this is

SLI or Crossfire: No idea what this is either
Your Monitor Resolution: I don't know.. but I'm looking for a monitor around 20-24"

Additional Comments: Games I'll be playing are:
-Runescape in max graphics (RPG game)
-Minecraft
-League of Legends
-MAYBE call of duty

I want to be able to play these games with really good graphics and a good frame rate.

You could go with something like this. If you dont want the SSD, you could go up on the video card or bigger HDD. The ssd will only be for fast boot/fast load times. Won't really help in games, but make for a better PC experience.
