I´d change a few things on your build.

I don´t know where are you getting your graphic card, but there is a very good deal on an HD HD 7970 3GB 384, for only $359.99 after $20.00 rebate, at Newegg.

I´d definitively go for SAPPHIRE 100351SR Radeon HD 7970 3GB 384-bit http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202008

What version of the Hyper are you getting? Go for the EVO version, which is a bit better than the others http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

Don't purchase the Asus Matrix - the cooling configuration takes up a whole three slots so if you want to add a second one later on, you'll be SOL. Get the Sapphire or XFX versions instead.

I'd personally lose the expensive peripherals. You don't need to spend $100 on a keyboard and $90 on a mouse, you can always get those things later.
