New gaming build!

So, I have this build and wanted to know you guys opinions on it!

> Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.40Ghz
> Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
> Graphics Card: Sapphire HD7970
> Power Supply: Corsair 750 Watts - CMPSU-750TXV2
> Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB)
> Case: Thermaltake V4 Black Edition VM30001W2Z + 2 coolers
> HD: Seagate Sata 500gb :p 
> No SSD!

Looks really good, would play ANY current game on max settings at 1080P, maybe with a bit of overclocking required. May i recommend getting a coolermaster hyper 212 evo, then overclocking will be easy.

Much better than my system, good luck! :)

Haha, wtf it doesn't look so good, you need to make cnahges.
For mobo you need Z77 model, not B75. Lol , you're putting overclocking cpu on mobo that doesn't support overclock. No point in that, right.
You don't need PSU that powerful max you would need is 600w PSU.
As for ram you need to make sure to get low profile( with low heatsinks) and 1.5V
