Fresh SSD Install & Keyboard/Mouse not working

Hey,

So I just installed Windows 7 on my SSD. When it boots up the keyboard light come on and so do the mouse lights. I press enter to start windows normally, and then the keyboard and the mouse turn off. I need to use them to enter the details in order to get into Windows. I have tried unplugging them and putting them in and it doesn't work. I have a video if someone wants to see whats going on.
