EVGA GeForce GTX 690 hydro copper signature

I'm currently building my new build

I'm making the computer outside the case first to make sure all the parts work
But as the EVGA GeForce GTX 690 hydro copper signature has a built in water cooler
is there any way i can do this without having to install the water-cool loop just to have to take it off when i put it in the case.

It is possible, but it is a lot easier if you install the water cooler first.

Why would you get a liquid cooled gpu? It doesn't really do anything. I can see why someone would get a liquid cooler for their cpu but for a gpu?! Why?! Get something different like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130781.

This card has a preinstalled waterblock, you'll have to build an entire loop which should cost around $400-500 for the CPU+a rad for the 690.

Because watercooled GPU's scale much better than CPU when it comes to temps.

A full cover block will cool memory, VRM's, etc which allows for much higher overclocks, not to mention a quieter and overall better looks.
