My USB ports are not working. I know there is a problem
with the driver, because under the properties for the USB
controller it states:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall
Driver.

But when I try to update the drive I get the message:
An error occured during the installation of this device

Access is denied

Are you logged on as as Administrator or User with Admin Rights?
