Newbie unsure of this build.

I really want to make sure I have everything right here. I'm on a $700 budget and went a little over that which isn't too big of a deal ($713 I believe) but if there are any better edits I can make I would really appreciate it. Just for reference I am interested in doing some overclocking as well, nothing crazy, but a decent amount.

drop the sound car and the 2 notebook hard drives( dont know why you have these) and the h60 and get a 7850 or 7870 and cooler master hyper 212 evo or plus. and if you can a 8320 would be a lot better then a 6300

Thanks I made the changes. I don't really know why those notebook drives were on there either, didn't even notice them until you pointed them out.
