Gtx 560 TI . Aftermarket cooling or ?

I recently bought an GTX 560 TI DS SC (900 Mhz , 1053 Mhz , 1800 Mhz)

With fan on 35% it runs max to 88 deegres.

If i raise the fan over 37% it start heavy noise cuz 1 of the fans have 2 broken pins.

So i should get aftermarket cooling or just replace the fan ?
