The more I read these forums the faster my head spins as far as trying to decide what GPU to get. Ill think I have my mind made up and then Ill see a thread where someone tells the person not to get this or that.

My system

i7 @ 2.80
600w corsair PSU
8GB ram

I had a 7870 that was faulty and I RMA'ed it for a refund and I think I want to get something more powerful this time.
I know the basics, but when it really comes down to all the overclocking/voltage/heat/cooling ect. I have no idea whats goin on.
Was looking at a Sapphire 7950, but there was just a thread I was reading with mixed reviews, Im so lost in this sea of GPU options.

I have no prefrence ati/nvidia. Would like to keep the budget under $350 but I could go higher if its a good value.

Someone please help me decide!

Thanks in advance

A GTX 660Ti would fit in your budget on the Nvidia side and an ATI 7950 or 7870 would fit your budget on the ATI side. Overall, they provide pretty much the same performance levels on various games on different settings and on various software applications.
