Not sure what section this is suppose to be in.

Recently I made a new computer for myself(have built a few, but with clean os install) and going to give my old one to my sis but my SSD has been backordered from tigerdirect for the past 2.5 weeks so its about time for me to check that all the parts work before i cant rma them anymore. Ive put everything together and im planning on using my HDD from my old comp and place it in my new one to make sure all my parts work fine and then transferring it back once i get my ssd.

Old Build:
CPU: Intel Q6600
MB: FOXConn something? lol dont actually know
RAM: 4GB 666MHz
GPU: Radeon 4870
PSU: 600W

New Build:
CPU: Intel i5-3570k
MB: Asrock z77 extreme 4
RAM: 16GB 1600Mhz
GPU: Radeaon 7870
PSU: 650W

I left out the case and other parts because its not important.

My question is that basically. Do I just need to uninstall old drivers and install new ones or will there be other problems?

you dont, you will need to reinstall windows
but dont worry! windows will make a file named windows.old which contains all your files
