Cpu or motherboard first

Hello,
i have a question to ask you all, that i have gtx 680, i7 2600k and maximus 4 extreme NON Z edition board, now im thinking to upgrade it. but i donno wanna upgrade my motherboard first or CPU first. can someone give me a suggestion?

honestly you dont have to upgrade anything. but if you want to, get another graphic card.

The 2600k to 3770k is unnecessary as there is like a 5% increase in performance.
