The folliwing mod is for right-handed only.
Take a reguler mouse (I've tested it on a Microsoft mouse but it could work on others) now put the mouse near the Num-pad. Now, every time you want to hit enter, just use the enter on the Num-pad. That's it, you've added another button to your mouse at no extra cost!

I had a much better usertitle but was caught trying to hack me a better one so I got my current title as a punishment
