Need help with my player

Hi!
I'm from italy , i've recently acquired a sony MDP 212 player.
Well it has all the small belt to replace.
I have replaced all but i have another problem to fix it i have to force out
the tray.
Now all seem to work ,with the tray removed.
The problem is that i don't know how to mount back the tray.
Inside there's a gear that rule the open and close of the tray, but not only
, it also let the tray goes up and down (to charge the disc)when it's
closed.
I don't know exaclty how to set this gear.
Can anyone help?
If someone know of what i'm talking about and need more info pleae just ask.
