GPU: HIS 1GB HD 7770 128 bit | DDR5 <<OR>> GTX Zotac 650 Ti

MoBo: ???

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition (Had already)

SSD: SanDisk 240GB

MoBo Consideration:

BIOSTAR AMD AM3+ A880 GZ ($65) <<OR>> GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 ($117)

this is the price that is available at my country (Indonesia) so I can't newegg

I am trying to build the computer based mostly on really good cost/performance ratio ($300-$400)
and I do not expect to OC (based on the fact that I built a PC for OC previously and didn't even do it)
I bought the CPU and SSD a long time ago so I don't want to replace em since its still NIB

if you cut out the ssd, you could get a way stronger card.

I wanted to limit my spending on GPU to <$150 so I think my choice comes down to either 7770 or 650 Ti

Why would you limit it if you can a better card solely by cutting frivolous spending?

I guess I should have mentioned my gaming needs. DotA 2. as I don't have good internet connection, I don't really have any game that requires high end GPU. that's why I want to spend as little as possible for technically a gaming rig for 1 game
