How many pci-e connectors do geforce 9500gt have

Hello,
I have an HP XW600 PC,
And i basc want to upgrade the graphics card, as it cannot run even the simpolest of 3d games, here are the specs and the current Graphics card

Processor: Dual Xeon 3.4 Ghz
Ram: 3 GB
Graphics card: Nvidia Quadro NVS 280

Tbh that's all i know.
I know there has been a similar post but it all went over my head.
Has anyone had success installing a reasonable graphics card into one of these machines?
I don't want anything amazing, just something that could run arma 2 reasonably
