1st build please help

Going with i3-3225 processor and was wondering what motherboards are most comparable to ASRock Z77 extreme4 for under $105. Preferably ASUS or MSI...

msi g45 is 100.00 with rebate on new egg. the asus full size z77 mb are 125.00 on new egg after rebates.

Why else you go with a i3-3225 ? The 5 in the end is for the intel hd 4000, the i3-3225 is known for a htpc cpu for it's on die gpu(intel 4000) and lower power consumption.
And for a i3(you can't overclock) you'll be better off with a h77 mobo, also if you don't need the intel hd 4000, just get the i3-3220, same performance(only the on die gpu is different, it has the intel hd 2500).
That said, i don't know what's your needs.

I am going with the i3 because it's the best i core for the money right now, and I don't do a lot of gaming. I am going with the 3225 because this build does not have a GPU in it, so I wanted the extra graphics performance that Intel HD 4000 offers. My plan is to upgrade to i7-3770k or equivalent a year or two from now, and add GPU at that time. I figure I can do that for about $100 a year from now. That's why I wanted Z77, because I don't want to have to replace MOBO when I upgrade. Thanks for the suggestions!
