Small page size on screen (Fill only left side of screen)

small size on screen please i need your how to bring back full screen

Click the title bar and drag it to the middle of the screen, then try double clicking the title bar, then try the maximize button top right (only 3 things I can think it could be).

If Win7 then Start button + arrow up will max the window. Otherwise you are talking about screen resolution perhaps? Ideally that is set in Windows to the native resolution of the monitor.
