which motherboard to go with if you want the 970 (budget gaming)

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3H or the Asrock 970 Extreme 3 or the Asrock 970 Extreme4?

I need it paired with Phenom II 955 BE

What's important to me

SATA 6.0 GB so that I can run my SSD
USB 3.0
Light (and I do mean light) OC (don't trust myself to buy complete OC system cuz I made one last time around and didn't get around doing it)

not going to Crossfire or SLi because I am going budget build with HIS 7770

what about A880 GZ? is that not as good? it met my basic criteria although barely with the usb 3.0 and sata 6.0gb

Just get Asrock 970 Extreme 3
