Silent sistem for poker, cheaper possible

hi i need a build for playing poker on the internet, so i will use a program of holdem manager, for skype, browsing, and watch some movies. after many ours on internet i have arrived with an configuration, please help me on that if its good,i will buy it in the next few days in germany, i am tring to go as cheap as i can but i want the build to work (not lag ) when i play and also i want quiet as possible.

i dont need another hdd because i have an external that i will use, i want to play multiple sites and play music and skype on in the same time , thanks in advance , i am open to any advices and configurations, i also want a budget silent case, but i its not possible i stick with this one?

Since you say you want it as cheap as possible, I think core i3 would do just fine.

do ,you think the i3 will manage to do the jobs that i have to do? i like the i3 option because its a lot cheaper then the i5. also for the case i think i will opt in for cooler master silencio 450 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119250&Tpk=cooler%20master%20450 ) because its a lot cheaper . as for i3 i3220 will do the job? thanks

I am not familiar with your poker program but it sounds like you basically need a setup capable of browsing the web and movie playback. From what I have read, i3 should be fine. You might do a google search just to make sure if you have an specific playback needs (e.g 3D Blueray or Netflix HD) but I would guess even these will work fine.

An i3 could even be considered overkill, seriously I think you would be fine on virtually any modern processor. Since you can afford it, the i3 would be great though. It is also 55W instead of 77W meaning it will consume less power and create less heat. You might as well get the i3-3225 since you're using the integrated graphics, it has HD 4000 instead of HD 2500.
