I Cant Connect My Sylvania Netbook to WiFi

I cant connect to my sylvania netbook using WiFi. It says cant associate with it, entered network key code and nothing happens. It will say Native WiFiConfig started, associating with network, authenticating to network, failed to associate with network, repeats as it goes thru all the networks. What do I need to do to make it work? Do I need to add a new network? Sylvania website is no help, please help..thanks

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Sounds like the wrong security key to me - remember, they are case-sensitive. Check it in the router's settings if you can't be 100% certain.
