System specs:

Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz LGA 1155 Processor
Samsung 840-Series MZ-7TD120BW 120GB SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Biostar TZ77XE4 LGA 1155 ATX Intel Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Series 16GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL10 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit (Two 8GB Memory Modules)
HIS H777F1G2M iCooler Radeon HD 7770 1024MB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card

I plan to run 3 monitors. My idea was to run a pair off the mobo using on board graphics and run the primary off the dedicated GPU.

However, right now when I have the graphics card in the mobo and start it up I get no picture anywhere. When I remove the graphics card from the board I get picture but only using the VGA port on the mobo. The computer seems to recognize when I use the DVI port because I see a change on the VGA monitor, but nothing shows up on the DVI monitor.

Suggestions?

Edit: I got the mobo to work with both VGA and DVI ports, but if I install the video card nothing works so that issue still remains.

I could be wrong, but if you have a video card installed doesn't the system disable the onboard video? You're mixing two different types of video drivers if you want to run it the way you're thinking. I feel you're making a mistake.

You should just purchase a 2nd video card and do it the proper way!

I actually have an old HD4550 that I could use for the secondary monitors. Think thats a better idea than using the on board at all?
