Not entirely sure if this question is appropriate for this section, but when I'm using my computer I have extreme discomfort. Like it makes me almost not want to get on bad. I have my monitor raised up on my PSU box, and my g105 an g400 on top of the desk. My chair can't go any higher, so my forearm on the mouse is forced to reach up. Should I put in a desk slide underneath the wood so I can reach down instead of up? Any insight on this is appreciated. :)

Edit: I'm fourteen so I have small hands. It feels like my G400 is too big?

You can try to prop yourself up on the chair(cushions or something) to see if it helps. I do not think having to reach up for the keyboard/mouse is good at all.

As far as i know your arms should bend at about 90 degrees(elbow) to head to the keyboard/mouse.

Better get fixed up. don't want problems in the future.

I was in a similar situation to you, due to where I could fit my monitor in my tiny dorm.

After a semester reaching above my shoulders, I went to a chiropractor for the pain, and he said I had gotten carpel tunnel in my shoulder. Move the keyboard, for your own sake.
