Basically what im dealing with is characters in game running in place for a period of 5 seconds (give or take a few). Im dont think its my internet becaues i dont dc from teamspeak or anything else. And i also have brand new internet hardware and reset it every couple days. This problem only happens when im gaming. Nothing on my rig overheats. I have enough power for everything. The last time i experienced this was when i recorded fraps at 1080p full size. I was assuming it was an HDD write/read issue. because after i lowered the quality it stopped. Anyways heres my pc specs.
