Which graphics card should I get?

The 7950 gives better performance, especially at higher resolutions. What games do you plan on playing?

It depends on the game you're playing. If you overclock, then pick. 7950. If not, then pick gtx 660 ti.

I just want it to be able to play anything I throw at it. Right now, I'm thinking Battlefield 3 and Witcher 2 for higher end games I want to play.

Witcher 2 gives the GTX 690 a hard time, so be prepared for some fps drops. As for BF3, you won't have any problem, considering you have a powerful CPU.

To really see which one is better, you need to review the newest benchmarks for the games you like to play. Right now, with the newest drivers, overall the 7950 is faster.

The 7950 is a great card, especially if you're thinking of overclocking. Also the new drivers for it give a 10~15% boost in my games like BF3, Borderlands 2, Assassin's Creed 2, etc.
