I am in the process of finding parts for my new Gaming PC. I am planning to build and am seeking help from Pros to check compatibility or if you have any advice to help me. I prefer Intel, Nvidia, and Asus if that helps.

Approximate Purchase Date: e.g.: First Week of January

Budget Range: 1600-1850 Before Rebates; Before Shipping

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Overclocking, Surfing the web, Movies and Music.

Am getting parts from newegg.com and microcenter.com if it has it cheaper.

MOBO: Asus P8Z77-V Pro
CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K 3.5GHz; Arctic Silver Hi-Density Thermal Compound; CollerMaster Hyper 212
GPU: Galaxy Geforce GTX 680 GC 2GB
RAM: Patriot Intel Extreme Master 8GB
HDD: WD 1TB 7200 RPM; SSD: Intel 330 180GB
PSU: Antec High Current Gamer 750W
DVD: Asus DVD Burner 24X
CASE: Zalman Z11 Plus
Monitor: Asus VE258Q
PERIPHERAL: Microsoft Sidewinder X4 Keyboard; Razer Deathadder 3500

Also an additional question, Where would I plug In case fans?

Thanks for the quick and informative response Tron.
I decided will be changing to the GTX 670 2gb, PSU, MOBO, Case (love the minimalism of it :D) , and keyboard to the ones you suggested. The cooler is a little out of my price range though. You really helped me. Thanks :)!
