I recently decided to once again try out building a PC.

Specs: Asrock extreme4 Z77 motherboard
EVGA GTX 660 TI FTW+ 3GB
8gb Corsair Vengeance 1600 ram
i5 3570k
Corsair HX750 PSU
Hyper212 Evo cooler
coolermaster HAF 932 advanced case
Intel 330 series SSD 120 gb
WD velociraptor 500 GB HDD

After building, the motherboard will go through it's Dr.Debug process and complete it. However, the screen remains blank and no signal is found from DVI. I have tried multiple DVI cords, an HDMI cord, both PCI-E slots and nothing seems to work. However, my current rig has a EVGA GTX 560 and I threw that in there and the system booted up fine using the same PCI-E power connectors and the same DVI cable used. I also put the gtx 660 in my current rig and it booted up fine, drivers installed and ran Borderlands 2 with no instability. I gave the card to my friend with the same motherboard and his motherboard was able to detect it and ran games on it perfectly. I continued with my install of my new rig with my old gtx 560, and after installing windows the PC was still unable to detect my GTX 660. I was wondering what I could do to possibly fix this problem. I've already RMA'd the card once and the new one continues to do the same things. Thank you for your time.
