Hi, I got in :p and my spcs are:

AMD Sapphire 7850 OC
i5-3570K @4.0
4GB RAM

I am stuck on medium settings, With some medium and some high, I can get 50 FPS, but it stutters alot, and periodically, the game becomes unplayable for several seconds. I actually think that it might be a RAM bottleneck, but this just adds to the incentive to buy a new video card.

Hi,I got it too :) My Specs:
HD 6850
i5-3570k
8gb ram
1680x1050
playable at medium but best on low...tons of stutters and from time to time fps drops below 20-30 and becomes unplayable.Heck man i can play battlefield 3 on med/high with around the 60fps and i can't play this game at low with stable and consistent fps...THey really need to work on the optimization

I agree with you on that it might have something to do with your ram.Just like battlefield 3 used to stutter a lot on systems with low system memory.
@hotwheels,
I think its about time you upgrade your GPU.

I have gtx 570's in SLI x2, and I can confirm that SLI does not function at this stage. Anyone with SLI wondering why your fps is balls, only 1 card is actually getting used.

nah. this is what everyone hope for. didn't that crytek promise that crysis 3 wil melt your pc? :D btw they will not cry about 'un-optimized bla bla bla...' this time around because last time they do crysis 2 come up with dx9 at launch :pt1cable: .

@renz496
agreed crysis 3 seems to offer the best of crysis and crysis 2 plus some more.
But at the same time you know its not like the new dawn.

Hey im also an Crysis 3 alpha user.

I have an ok computer:

i7 2600K @ Stock with HT enabled.
Gigabyte Z77 D3H mobo.
Evga GTX 570 @ Stock. + lucid virtu software for CPU internal GPU Support, some extra free fps.
2x4Gb Corsair Vengeance Rams @ 1600Mhz profile.
Samsung 830 128GB Sata III SSD (Fast Moofo).
Old Samsung 320Gb for storage.
750 watts coolermaster PSU Bronze certificate.
Win 7 x64 tuned like a motherf.

I downloaded the Alpha, installed it and played,it selected Very High by itself, i noticed frames where just a tad slow, about 20-50 but then i forgot origin had installed the game on my old HDD! :D First i put the gfx to High, omg the game ran smooth as butter!! Then i redownloaded it and installed it on my SSD, OMFG still ubersmooth max 60FPS bcuz vsynch is on ;) ofcs hehe... then 1 time i switched to desktop checked some IM,s and back using alt tab, come back in the game OMFG? 2-15 fps? stuttering liek a motherf. totally unplayable.
stopped game restarted,.... same rebooted PC,.... Same! WTF!
Then i went beserko mode, searched in my documents for "Saved Games" saw crysis 3 alpha, went in there very silently, and agressivly erased the damned shader cache map, as CryJesus gave me a sign that was it.
Started the game up WTF it worked, full constant 60 FPs again, but i could see my taskbar so it was not fullscreen, fuckit i can play now, accidentally i clicked my taskbar ingame, and it did the go in windows and back 2 game move, and guess wot......... OMFG same bs again.
Then i erased the cache map again, opened the system.cfg file, and added the line r_fullscreen = 1, and now game boots up with no taskba ;)

Hope it helps you guys in some way!

I agree... these were my numbers with a 660 ti power edition in its factory clock.
Avg: 25.546 - Min: 2 - Max: 49
Loved playing the game. Its a lot smoother than witcher 2 with ubersampling On,which gives me the same avg fps but makes me go dizzy.

Update:
I found a frog in there so I fired at it,the frog took a sudden jerk,I fired again and now that thing seemed to stutter a bit,and fired at it again but it just sat there.

This game is performing pretty damn well here. I have a 7850 oc'd to 1150/5600 and a i7 2600 with 8 GB ram. I can run this on 45 fps +(high preset, 35+ on very high), and it's mostly 60 fps lol. GPU temps were about 65 C after playing for an hour and my CPU was at 68 C.

The performance is varying a lot in this game. The settings with which I got 55 fps 2 days ago now gives me 30 fps.
On High preset I get constant 60 fps with adaptive v-sync enabled though with my 660 Ti.

I actually found BF3 SP graphics better than BF3 MP.I don't knw wat has caused this, optimizations, patches, fixes or watever but that's that.
EDIT: We've so far seen a single map in Crysis 3 and that too a map where lighting conditions are poor.

Oh also, forgot to mention something. If the game stops periodically for a few seconds, after which it starts again, you might want to enable hyperthreading from the BIOS(if your CPU supports it). That fixed it completely for me. For those of you on Windows 8, try running the executable(Origin Games/Crysis 3/bin32) in Windows 7 compatibility mode. It'll make the game more stable.
