I have asked arcticsilver (technical support). They said AS5 is only good for gpus when you be careful with the amount-> not to much.
I thought about ARCTIC MX-4. ?
 
ALL pastes should be applied sparingly; they're only there to fill in microscopic cracks and pits in the mating surfaces. Too much of any paste can create an insulating layer.
AS5 remains a good choice. Among better pastes, you aren't likely to see more than a 2C-3C difference, which typically doesn't matter.

MX-4 is pretty good stuff. I have never had a problem with anything from Arctic Silver. The only problems I have ever had were because of the stuff that comes with a retail box heatsink, or that crap they used to sell at Radio Shack. (My local store started carrying Arctic Silver.)
