Thermal paste applying

Hi,

What is the best way to apply thermal paste on a GPU (dot, vertical line, spread it on surface with old credit card/razor blade)?

The razor blade thing. Don't worry too much about getting the whole surface covered - just make sure the very small amount you use is centered and the pressure from the heatsink should squish it out.
