Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

I'm in Britain so I don't know anything about the bsnl brand band but if you're connected to the Internet with it, e-mail shoul dnot be hard to send and receive. Maybe your service provider - bsnl? - doesn't offer e-mail, leaving you to do it yourself. Go to https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=mail&passive=true&rm=false&continue=http://mail.google.com/mail/&scc=1&ltmpl=default&ltmplcache=2 then click on Create an Account and go through the process and you should be able to set it all up successfully.
