Hello,
My wi fi strengh is good the only thing that shows up is a google page but unable to access the internet at all.

If you can get to Google, you can go anywhere else so maybe the Google page you saw was an internal, historic page.

Check in the Tools menu in Internet Explorer and go to Internet Options then click the Connection tab and the LAN button. Put a tick in "Automatically detect settings" and remove any ticks in the Proxy boxes. Click Apply and OK then restart IE.
