Graphics Card And Game Help

Hello,
I am looking to buy BF3 but i need to upgrade my graphics card i'm not sure what graphics cards will work on my computer also I want to play the game on at least medium settings if that is not possible I want to play Left For Dead 2 on high settings.

I have a HP Pavilion p6367c
8 GB ram
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300
windows 7 I think 64Bit
running Intel r g45 g43 express chipset

the minimum requirements for the graphics card for BF3 is
(AMD): DirectX 10.1 compatible with 512 MB RAM (ATI Radeon 3000, 4000, 5000 or 6000 series, with ATI Radeon HD 3870 or higher performance)(NVIDIA): DirectX 10.0 compatible with 512 MB RAM (NVIDIA GeForce 8, 9, 200, 300, 400 or 500 series, with NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT or higher performance)
everything else meets the minimum requirements

For left for dead 2 all I need is 128mb of Dedicated Video RAM I have 64mb

sadly you will need to upgrade your PSU which will eat into your budget, although if you could a little more power without sacrificing quality you will have the basis for a future build.
