why wont my driver read a cd

hey i got a new computer and i have a problem with one
cd. it wont read it . any other cd will be. but not this
one its a linksys wireless internetcd. its brand new and
when i put it in the cd drive all i see is the hour
glass and nothing else happening. also if i go to run and
type in the code nothing happens. what could be wrong is
there any setting im missing or need to switch

It's possible that this particular CD is dirty, dusty or corrupted. Go to
the Linksys website and see if the files are available for download from
there.... www.linksys.com
