Is it worth the improvement?

Hello,

I was considering buying a Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 1GB GDDR5. My current graphics card is a Sapphire Radeon HD 6570 1gb DDR3.
The problem is I have a old Intel Core Quad Q9300 2.50 ghz proccesor and I was wondering if the improvement in all of the new games will not really show up because of the proccesor bottlenecking. I will mention that I have 4gb of ram DDR3 1333mhz too.

Could I run some of the new games at 1920x1080? Or at least run games like Far Cry 3 on low or something?

Thanks in advance! and sorry for my english.

you will see a improvement but it wont be completely mine blowing. you can run at low settings at best for far cry 3. need something like a 7850 or higher

the processor is fine. just overclock it for a tad more performance

Thanks for the quick replies! My problem was that I thought my processor will be screw up the performance improvement.

So, should I run most new games and far cry 3 in 1920x1080 with low settings just fine? I will be okay with only that.

Low is as high as you can go with that card but it should run ok.

Thanks guys!

Just one last question, I just saw a Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1gb gddr5 for just a couple more euros. Is it better than the one I just mentioned?
