Hey, i've been having some issues with my pc when it starts up. when i turn it on, it will start to boot but there will be no monitor feedback. after about 4 seconds, the pc will shut off. then, after about 2 seconds it will turn on again. it will continue this cycle until i interrupt it by pressing the power button to turn it off. if i wait a bit and try it again, the pc will boot up and come to a black screen that says
"all settings were reset to default values. the previous overclock settings have failed, system has been restored to default settings."
the thing is, i have not done any overclocking. sometimes my pc doesnt boot to this screen, and the cycle starts again. this build is only about a week old and i think all my drivers and such are updated. this did not happen the first few days after the build, only for about 2 days now. any ideas on what can cause this issue?

cpu core i7 3770k 3.5G

ssd 120G KHX SH103S3
RAM 4Gx2 G Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL
WIN 7 pro 64 bit
