I want to get a video card gtx 660 ti

The MSI one. Its core clock is at 1019MHz, faster then the EVGA. And MSI is a pretty reliable brand to boot.

I like the MSI too. Clocked higher and cools better.

The price is the same and the EVGA has 1 year more on the labor for warranty. The MSI has a higher clock and dual fan, the EVGA is designed to exhaust more out the back of the case and the MSI will exhaust more inside the case more. If you have a good ventilation in your case I'd go with the MSI, otherwise go with the EVGA.
