windows 7 boot issue-Help

December 21, 2012 3:25:13 AM

i just build a new computer and theres just one prolem thats drivng me crazy. whenever i start up the computer windows 7 will hang on the windows logo for about 10 seconds. now this doesnt seem like much of a problem but with the listed specs below there should only be about a 3-4 second delay. at first i thought is was my ssd because one of my friends put his intel 320 in there and it booted up just fine, but after i got my vertex 4 replaced i had the same issue. ive installed windows with multiple installations so its not the windows 7 cd/usb. ive installed windows in AHCI and RAID-RTSe-with load driver at install. if i install at first using RAID and then change back to AHCI it boots perfect, but right after i install the motherboard drivers it goes back to that long boot. it also seems that if i install a driver the requires restarting and install another driver before restarting, OCZ toolbox wont even recognize my ssd. none of this makes any sense, help would be much appreciated!
